Conímbriga

The entrance to the Conímbriga archaeological museum where you can see the Roman ruins will remind you some basics of the Roman architecture. Except of the grand ruins there is also a small museum in the entrance building where you can see some things that were found during archaeological extractions.

Conímbriga

Conímbriga is a place that is situated not far from a famous university city Coimbra. Conímbriga is the largest Roman settlements in Portugal that have been discovered by accident by a farmer. These days it's an open museum and everyone can go and  see fantastic mosaics that still can be seen here and there. Still some archaeological excavations have been continuing till now. As everywhere in Portugal have to have comfortable shoes to enjoy this place perfectly as some paths can be quite difficult.

Livraria Lello

The Bookstore Lello is located in the center of the Porto. It's definitely worth visiting inside even if you are not looking for a book. The interior is fabulous... First time when I've entered I had a feeling  that I'm in a miniature Opera House because of the stairs. But above the stairs look at the beautiful ceiling and the bookshelves that keep some old secrets inside.

Porto wine

Can find a lot of wine shops in the city of Porto. Here is a picture of an entrance to one of them. Many shops offer wine from not only Porto region, but  from all over Portugal. The most interesting thing is that the wines often are divided into age of production. So, I bought a Porto wine bottle that was same age as me.
